little bit more strength now. I can easily cut now that I know how, just trying to get my numbers up a bit :) I would like my three to be around 900 (realistic, then over 1000)

e: also for the first time in forever my lats are looking kinda nice :)

just recently started up on the 5 3 1, id say maybe 3 weeks ago? Was on a bit of a break from the gym for about a month, but it seems to be working well so far
