Sorry, One last question. Ok, so like you said eat cottage cheese before i go to bed, would that be like right before i go to bed or a couple hours before? All im trying to do is drop my body fat 1 or 2 percent, Not a lot since im already at like 12%.

Either way is fine. It's a good choice for your last meal.

Won't it burn muscle since you won't have fuel ready to go?

Or by empty stomach, do you mean an hour or so after a meal?

No, it won't burn muscle. Your body will use fat before it uses muscle when glycogen is depleted. Your muscles will only be catabolized if you don't get enough protein, particularly BCAA's, post workout, as well as enough sleep, for which to repair those muscles.

hmm, good to know.

What's your opinion on fat adaptation, basically having your body fat adapted, in a way that your main fuel source is fat. Is the human body more efficient on burning fat you think than carbs? Like carbs should only be used when it needs to be.. during exercise.. etc.. since todays diet for most people it's carbs so thats what they mainly running on.

If you want to, give this a read.. I found this site very very informative

So i must hit the right macros of protein every day and i dont have any problem, right?the macros that you told me :)
so basically,if i train on an empty stomach (15 min of cardio, more like warm-up and then 1 hour weight lifting) i just have to eat for post workout protein and carbs(slow digesting carbs or normal?),right?Or maybe i can have a protein shake asap after my workout and after 30 minutes food?

The way to switch your body to using fat as energy instead of carbs is called ketosis (ketones are produced and thus fat is used as energy instead of glycogen in a carb depleted environment)
