Chicken steak eggs pork red potatoes brown rice for me, and the once a week buffalo wings fries or somethin etc lolol

Oh ya brown rice n potatoes I forgot on my personal list, steak too not as regular as the other proteins cuz poor college student etc

pretty much low carb bro checkin in, i dont eat many carbs. occasionally ill eat potatoes or rice or bread for a sandwich. ~50 carbs a day would be my guess. cant forget fruit too

poor approach to a weightlifting diet dude. need fruit/veg too, you need those micros

its not because im against them, i just prefer meat and fruit lol those are the foods i always end up eating and like the most. but on some days i do eat alot of carbs like red potatoes and rice so, i guess it works? lol

Yet u think u avg ~50g carb a day?

Ive never wondered why ur cut stalled, everytime u talk about ur nutrition its obv u have no idea where ur at.

understandable. when i decide i wanna cut again ill do it but right now i dont see a reason to. im enjoying eating and getting stronger. when i need cutting and nutrition advice i guess ill come to u. i have counted cals with a higher carb intake tho and it still got me nowhere
