I do C&J 3times/week and pretty much nothing happens.....

idk man it feels natural. I've been working on my form without doing them because I'm an addict.

i wont do jerk every weeks because it's hard on the knee. I won't do cleans or squat yet but i will do deads once a week for the next 3 months. I decided i'd go with the same rep scheme than smolov jr even if I deadlift once a week so it will look like that.
