I would definitely do a carb day immediately, then carb up every 7-10 days as needed.
2-a-days do not mean the same muscle twice a day. Instead you would do something like this:
Workout 1 - Chest/abs/cardio
Workout 2 - Triceps/calves/cardio
If you train the same muscle twice, on a deficit, you are risking damaging the muscle without enough surplus to repair it.

Last question! How does this look for an EC stack dosage? I planed to do only 2 weeks unless you reccomend more (Will be my first time). Plan to start it on a non gym day (Sunday). I will be using Bronkaid 25mg most likely.
EC Stack (DOSE 4-6 HOURS APART)
Day 1 - 12.5mg Ephedrine + 1 Caffeine Pill
Day 2 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg caffeine (2 Doses)
Day 3 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg caffeine (2 Doses)
Day 4 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg Caffeine (3 Doses)
Day 5 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg Caffeine (3 Doses)
Day 6 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg Caffeine (3 Doses)
Day 7 - 1x 12.5mg Ephedrine, 1x 100mg Caffeine (3 Doses)
