not that you don't look great all over, but that chest is very aesthetic.

i'm looking forward to getting back to growth, cutting up has illuminated too many dragging points (legs, traps, shoulders esp rear delts)

You look great!

Offseason I would really focus on traps, all aspects of legs, and it looks like your triceps could grow some. Seems like those bis are swole as fark tho.

Overall, fantastic though. Congrats

What's your current cal intake? Cardio?

Thanks man, yeah I agree on all those points :D

2060 cals 5 days per week. 2 refill days @ 2260 and 2460. Cardio is one 30 min sesh a week @ moderate pace.

I only weigh 148 lbs.
