how does long grain rice compare to brown rice?

do i avoid long grain just as much as i avoid white?

Raynor, what is your opinion on an EC Stack?

My gym partner does it every year when we cut for summer and he swears by it. I worry about low potassium levels as we both do a keto diet to get cut.

Last summer I didn't get the optimal results I was looking for from my cut. Was decent, but I was hoping for more definition.

Another question, I have about 6 weeks before my vacation to cut down. Would you recommend skipping all cheat days for maximum fat loss from keto?

long grain white rice is just a longer version of regular brown rice....with the shaft of the rice approximately 3-4x the length of the width. There really is no nutritional difference between regular and long grain. Whole grain rice, such as brown rice, is superior.

EC or ECA stacks are extremely efficient. I have used them in the past and would recommend them for giving you the extra boost during cutting. However, you must be very careful not to take excessive amounts, or you can risk some serious cardiovascular problems!

Secondly, with regard to your cut - you need to have the carb day once every 7-10 days - you do NOT have to do the cheat day, but definitely a carb day. To accelerate fat loss in addition to keto + EC stack, try doing 2-a-days (two workouts a day) and throw in some extra cardio inbetween if you can. It's total hell on the body, but at the end of 6 weeks, you'll be as lean as possible

I am on session 10 of starting strength, really love it.
However I am wondering which kind of protein powder I should be using to maximize my strength, recuperation, etc. Nothing to bulk.
I've received these products:
450g of http://progressivenutritional.com/phytoberry/
120 caps of http://progressivenutritional.com/omegessentiald-adult-formula-softgels/
120 caps of http://progressivenutritional.com/vitamin-c-complex/
Would like to know if they are useful in anything and which kind of protein powder I should be using, and a product if possible. ( maybe looking into whey, not sure?)

Sup ray,

Getting near the end of my cut but i been noticing something this time that didnt happen last time i was on an EC stack. Lately I've been having random heart palpitation ( not sure if thats wut it is, my heart gets all weird and feels like its fluttering ) even when im not doing anything (sittting down on computer) is this normal? will it go away after im done with the stack? should i see someone about it?



another question i have is:

on the day i workout quads / calves i usually do a 20 minute warmup on stepper and some stretching. When I hop on the leg press and do warm up sets im fine but when i get near the final set (16-18 plates) i get this searing pain in my outer right quad. its a real sharp pain i can lift through it but im not sure if thats a sign that I might tear something. After I finish with quads it just gets numb (not the whole leg, just that 1 part) any idea wut it is?
