Raynor, what is your opinion on an EC Stack?
My gym partner does it every year when we cut for summer and he swears by it. I worry about low potassium levels as we both do a keto diet to get cut.
Last summer I didn't get the optimal results I was looking for from my cut. Was decent, but I was hoping for more definition.
Another question, I have about 6 weeks before my vacation to cut down. Would you recommend skipping all cheat days for maximum fat loss from keto?

EC or ECA stacks are extremely efficient. I have used them in the past and would recommend them for giving you the extra boost during cutting. However, you must be very careful not to take excessive amounts, or you can risk some serious cardiovascular problems!
Secondly, with regard to your cut - you need to have the carb day once every 7-10 days - you do NOT have to do the cheat day, but definitely a carb day. To accelerate fat loss in addition to keto + EC stack, try doing 2-a-days (two workouts a day) and throw in some extra cardio inbetween if you can. It's total hell on the body, but at the end of 6 weeks, you'll be as lean as possible
