Did 280 x 9 deadlift today... not use to this high volume , use to 4 -5 reps at most... lol probably could have actually done a few more reps but i literally felt like puking

I had a nice day at the gym. haven't squated or deadlifted in 3 months And I manage to pull 2x1 with 375 lbs. not to shabby. More to come on the next weeks.

I did them a while ago, problem is you can add so damn much weight on it before it gets heavy.

I do C&J 3times/week and pretty much nothing happens.....

Hows them cleans/squats going? Able to do them yet?

Pulled 368x1 today, video to come once my roommate emails it to me. I was pretty happy especially considering my earlier sets were all over the place.
