me waking up early to exercise before i go to work in the A.M. is me taking it seriously. as i previously stated.. i want more defined muscles and to be a little bigger. i'm not trying to be super big shredded dude. im all about working smarter instead of harder. less work with most results! it's funny cuz y'll mf's say it don't work that way and maybe for you it don't.. but it's gonna work for me or i aint gonna do it
edit: and as far a pre cooking meals. FUCK THAT. i aint bout that life... really though i cant live like that. i'm gonna make this work on my current diet called i eat what ever i want when i wanna eat it diet
That's what I'm talking about. Not trying to shoot you down but that comes across as arrogant and you're going to find that if you want real results it's going to take some dedication and most importantly, time. Some of the people in here are trying to help you get to your goals but the whole billy badass act are usually the first ones to drop when they realize they don't magically look like a fitness model after lifting for a few months. "Working out smart, not hard" doesn't work btw. You're still going to have to work your ass off but being smart about it can progress you faster.
My best advice for you is to go to some larger fitness forums where you'll have access to more knowledge. There are guys in here that no there shit, don't get me wrong, but this subforum has been damn near dead for years
