@aube, tyvm belt feels much better up there, I wear it pretty loose for squats, tried tighetning it on my last set, it felt way too tight, even though i could crank it 1 notch tighter. curently wearing it same height/tightness for squats and deads.

bench pr today! 172.5 x 6 = 207 e1rm

squats are feeling much more natural, feels good to be able to squat again.

squat 210 x 6 x 6 x 6
bench 172.5 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 5
dead 280 x 6 x 6

Estimated 1rm a calculator will take the amount of reps you did with a given weight and that will be approximately what you can lift for a 1 rep max

E/ tyty 225 bench should be the first goal I'll meet!

I meant like cues before I can squat. head up, breath, unrack bar. 3 step, raise the upper back, bend the bar, draw ribcage down, breath in, push out obliques, squeeze glutes, then go.

also Just got my wrist wraps in the mail, they are ridiculously stiff, and don't conform to my wrists, they feel like they're made out of cardboard rather than elastic is this normal? how do you break them in, or just use em?
