I meant like cues before I can squat. head up, breath, unrack bar. 3 step, raise the upper back, bend the bar, draw ribcage down, breath in, push out obliques, squeeze glutes, then go.
also Just got my wrist wraps in the mail, they are ridiculously stiff, and don't conform to my wrists, they feel like they're made out of cardboard rather than elastic is this normal? how do you break them in, or just use em?
