Probably answered already but during prep do you track your food intake or just weight?

How do you eat the day of?

Just my weight. I'm relatively lean already and It's not a look contest so as long I eat good and stay in shape I'm alright. I usually just track my weight in the morning and at night and eat based on the fluctuation.
