They're much harder like this..you can't use momentum. Teaches you to be explosive among other things

i'ma attempt this silly lifting as you put it, however I shall not take 3 minutes to do 10 reps.

Be sure to put it in session 10 of 10 that you do today.
And for some reason, I don't think you can do nearly as much weight as I can(per body ratio), so shut up, you don't know what it's like.
Btw, you must use my chalk.
In all seriousness, the chalk is what screwed me over and that's what took me so long.
Oh and GL!, you'll see you can't use nearly as much weight if you touch and go!

I only do sldl followed by good mornings and hyper back extensions so yeah...waffles.

and yeah, per body weight ration you got me.

but I'm also 6'6 so I actually have to move the weight more than 2 feet off the ground ;).
