but does your back hurt 8,9 months after, even after stopping the lift?


i can work through pain, but i'm not going to do something thats going to hurt me that much down the road. when it initially happened, simple things like bending over hurt

um..if its still hurting you after that long, i would probably get that checked out...

Agreed. I didn't stop and go to a doc for the whole track season and found out that my back was stress fractured and eventually fractured through, so definitely get it checked if it's painful for that long.

It took me about 2 years of going to a chiropractor and seeing no results before I went to a different one that discovered my problem the second appt

i did, doctor basically told me to do abs and hyperextensions. hes a piece of shit though, told me to go on wedMD to figure out how to get rid of insomnia for myself

someday i'll go to a chiro, but for now.....anyway I can do this split w/o dl? :O
