quick, easy and healthy stir fry (i don't care about sodium):
add about 1/4" water (instead of oil) to a non-stick frying pan and put over medium-high heat
while water is heating up take beef or chicken (doesn't matter what form as most ways taste good) and trim the fat off then cut into strips
add the strips to the frying pan
sprinkle with a small amount of sea salt and garlic powder and a decent amount of soy sauce, stir around, then cover and let simmer for a little while (i know how to tell when stuff is done - hard to describe)
add fresh greenbeans (or a bag of frozen works too)
add halved cranberries (not necessary but i sometimes have on hand)
stir around to coat with the liquid at the bottom of the pan then cover once again
let simmer until greenbeans are to your liking
om nom nom
this is something i normally make when i come home late and i'm hungry..i think it tastes pretty good and it is super quick to make (<20 minutes)
greenbeans and cranberries?
Where the carrots, brocolli, water cheshtnuts etc?
