Hey raynor you can straight up just say fk off mate dont waste my time but i thought id ask you anyway cos you often answer my obscure questions anyway


ive got this annoying as **** friend called Ryan you might know him, i wanna basically.... it doesnt matter, anyway,

im making a list of the most foul smelling things i can put together to make, i guess the most foul smelling concoction ever, heres what i have so far, i was wondering with your medical knowledge of some easy to get, smelly stuff

1) Rotten eggs
2) Whey left in container sitting in hot car / off dairy products
3) Rotten meat
4) Rotten seafood
5) Poo
6) wee
7) Vomit


this is all ive got, i wont feel bad if you ignore me but i think this could be a nice change for you from the standard hypertrophy questions, plus it helps me out a lot thanks!

For supplements, it is always good to take a multivitamin - such as NOW! Adam. As far as other supplements go, there are quite a few I recommend, however, they mostly have to do with overall well being and not specifically with fat loss.

/e.soon i will buy  squat rack because now i bring the barbbell from the floor in my traps so i do light weight squat cuz of that..and i will buy and 1 other machine for chest dips,abs,pull-ups etc...and some V grip for triceps.but anyway this is not what i want to tell you :P just to know that i doing gym in my home.i have a bench with 72kg total weight,2 horizontal bars and homemade pulley and db ofc
also i wrote my daily meal plan i will tell you other time cuz its big...i get 160-180g of protein,130 carbs maybe less and fat i thinkg not even 50-60..

/e. and as i told you i hit twice each muscle/week

I suggest you research Isonitriles (Isocyanide). ;)

Question on my bench. I can hit 225x5 or even 225x6 on a good day as of the past week or two.

yet my 1rm is only a bit higher than this...


I can only max out about 255 for a rep. I am assuming this has something to do with my CNS and just my body not being used to that heavy load since I don't max much (ever) on bench.

I am assuming practice 1-2 reps would be good for this, but am i missing anything?

Hi raynor.

Suffered some head trauma today. Riding a skateboard, fell and hit my head. Caused a concussion. Not bad, but enough to cause some amnesia surrounding the event. CT came back clean.

When do you think I can lift? I guess the concern is inter-cranial pressure, so wouldn't I be ok doing lighter/hypertrophy type stuff in the meantime. Like anything that doesn't require a valsalva maneuver

So short story shorter:

I'm a guy, around 5 foot 7 inches, fairly skinny. Except in my butt. All other workout forums and such say you have to do cardio overall to lose fat everywhere, which will very very slowly lose butt fat. But I'm already fairly skinny, and I'll just be scrawny if I get any skinnier. Also, people say you can't lose butt fat without gaining muscle there. Are there any ways you know that can help with my situation? Thank you!
