How important is meal timing in regards to when you take your multi-vitamin? What is the cause of it, as well as is it different for different vitamins, which i am assuming is true?

Is peanuts okey to have in your daily diet?

I heat 100 grams every day to get extra cals, because I have a hard time gaining weight. And that's a extra 600 cals from that 100 grams of peanuts.

Absolutely. There is nothing wrong with peanuts.

Take the vitamins with a meal for the fat soluble vitamins, and also to prevent indigestion and upset stomach from taking vitamins on an empty stomach.

any advice for how to study in a biology course?

I've taken 3 years of math/engineering courses and do fine but I really struggle with biology for whatever reason. And it's just an intro microbiology course

The best methods for studying something you do not find interesting are as follows:

1. Mnemonics - Basically, come up with a rhyming word or acronym for certain terminology to help you remember what it means. IE: ***Domain, Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species*** = Do Kings prefer cake or frosting, generally speaking?

2. Take written notes WHILE you study

3. Take frequent breaks, but study often. IE: Study for 30 minutes, take a 5-10 minute break, repeat.

4. Look at pictures of what you are doing and associate a visual with the word. IE: for a cell, look at a picture of a cell with the word on the same picture. Your brain will adapt much faster with this.

Not really. You are probably on the slender side, without much muscle mass. it depends on what your goals are....what do you want to do?

I could send you pictures in a pm if that helps.

I should start eating more, but i'm to lazy to make food... :P

Tho i exercise 3 times every week.

This is my training program: (I'm not very sure of what these exercises are called in english, so they might be wrong)

Squats
Deadlift(?)
Bench Press
Bent Rows
Shoulder Press
Chin-ups
Biceps curl
Pull-ups
Dips

First week is 12x3 (rep/set)

3 next weeks is 8x4 (rep/set)

2 last weeks is 4x4 (rep/set) + 1 set in the end of each exercise where i pick a light weight and take as many reps as i manage for total exhaustion

1 week pause and repeat.

/ I'm 17 y/o, soon 18.

You need to be on a proper diet. If you are willing to start eating what you should be eating....and stick to it...this would be good for you:
