How many scoops do you recommend per day? i'm taking 2 right now, mixed with my two protein shakes

i take 6x CL OT, 3000mg vit c, 5000mg vit d, and 6-12 super omega 369 apart from the veggie powder

2 is fine.

looks like a good supplement stack!

Hi Raynor

I have a little problem... :P I just noticed my right front delt is MUCH more developped than my right! I'm wondering what I did wrong. Let me know what information you need (probably just my routine) to help me!

I can provide a picture too if needed.

Just sounds like your form has been a little off.

To compensate for this, on Delts day, only do DUMBELL exercises so that you can isolate each delt independently. Stick to this for a few months, and pay a few extra reps for each exercise to the weaker side to enhanced failure of the muscle. Ultimately it will even out.

Hello Raynor,

Something odd happens to me whenever someone close to me dies, this has happened 3 times to me now

I hardly ever show sad emotions to people, i keep most of them in, if that helps?

Anyway, the latest instance was today, was driving, heard the news, got a big build up of emotions, choked up, shortness of breath etc...

then after a while start feeling really really tired, so tired i needed to pull over off the road,

then i woke up over an hour later with my seatbelt on and radio still playing.

what happened here? Some kind of emotional release?

Thanks man..

Hey there.

It sounds like an anxiety attack. In people who experience a rapid and extreme onset of emotion, who also tend to hold them in, will have the tendency to suffer from anxiety attacks that can, in your case, make you pass out.

The solution to the problem is as follows:

1. See a good psychiatrist. Talk to them weekly, and try to get everything out. This will greatly help you in positively dealing with your emotions.

2. Make an effort not to keep your emotions in. Instead, let them out, even if it's only in private, to prevent yourself from suffering internally.

Please avoid subway, as their food is truly the lowest quality possible.

Please give me your height/weight, as well as activity level for the week.

Hey Raynor i've been working out for a while now but I'm wondering if I should switch up my routine to give me the optimal thing I want.
I want to build mass, so I have been using a program I thought would be good for building it but others say I should just use starting strength as I still have noob gains.
Currently in a bulking cycle. Also could you suggest me some good upper abs/lower abs workouts? I will be alternating them between workouts.

Current routine:

Day1: Chest/Tris
Incline Bench x3 6-8 reps
Flat DB Press x5 8-12 reps
Incline Flyes x4 10-12 reps
Cable Flyes x3 (failure)(i switch it up to hit lower middle and upper areas)
Tricep Rope Pull x3 8-12 reps
Skull Crushers x3 8-12 reps

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Back/bis
Deadlift x3 5 reps
Hanging BB Rows x3 8-12 reps
Back Flyes: x3 8-12 reps
Seated Cable Rows x3 8-12 reps
Preacher Curls x4 8-12 reps
Hammer Curls/Curls (superset) x3 6-8 reps

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Shoulders/Legs
Squats x4 6-8 reps
Military press x3 8-12 reps
Leg Extensions x3 8-12 reps
Pull ups x3 failure
Box Jumps x2 25 reps

Day 6 and 7: Rest

Repeat

What changes/ideas do you suggest?
