Do you notice that first second when your knees straighten, your pelvis raises and your back descends even lower than its starting point, nearly pulling the bar all by itself?
Stop deadlifting like that.

3rd or 4th set of pullups I did +90lbs for 5 on a bit wider than shoulder width

felt gz for me lol

Pretty damn strong .

I could only get 45lb plate x3 on my first set this week ( on a very wide grip) :baby:
