Week or two old picture.

Playing peek-a-boo with my next set of abs.

Yes, I realize this picture makes me look like I have a muffin top of doom, but I promise it is not as exaggerated as it appears :lol:

Also, this picture makes my tits look saggy, but I'm only trying to make my abs look good so focus on them! :rofl:

Ty m8. And ehh... however long it takes. I'm not too concerned about putting X weeks on it. The goal is to have good abs since we all know I've never had them before.

We'll see where I am at when I get to about 200 lbs. I don't want to put an end # on it. Last year when I cut and made it to 200~ (goal weight) I was disappointed with my bf%, so this time I will just keep on going until the mirror tells me I'm good.

have you lost any strength? and how long have you been cutting, I'm cutting as well so I'm curious

Well, I haven't been cutting to the best of my abilities tbh. I slowely have been losing weight for about 4 months and have lost about 20lbs.

Strength is hard to gauge on this new routine. Bench is a little less. Ive done about 315x5 a few weeks back when I was just dickin around one day. I do leg extensions before squats now which really fucks up those numbers ( also, much shorter rest times. I've been without deads since I've started so I have literally no clue about those.

Random lifts are all about the same. Bb Incline is up etc
