I ran smolov jr on bench not squat. I'm going to run the 12 weeks smolov cycle on squat which I never did.

This is about a year of slow progress.

Due to my schedule and the availability of facilities I only manage to get a good work out 3 days a week.

should have done same pose for updated pic. hard to see difference in lighting.

Regardless of pose the difference is clearly evident

A lot less flab, gained some ab definition and chest definition
