another question. you ran smolov prior you powerlifting competition. you posted 6 tips to help people avoid injuries and one tip suggested dont run smolov unless you have plateau'd. why you running smolov again even though you may have only ran smolov jr before.
I ran smolov jr on bench not squat. I'm going to run the 12 weeks smolov cycle on squat which I never did.
