A lot of things are happening in my life.

-Stopped training for 3 weeks and lost 6-7 pounds (gymnastic camp)
-Moving to a new city for job. (College coach and gymnastic coach)
-Finally getting back in apartment so I can now cook again. It will be much easier for meal planning (been at parent since end of may)
-I will have a lot of free time to stretch and rest.
-I will be able to take ICE BATHS :D

Current bw: 166 (was in 74kg weight class)
Bw goal: 183 (moving to 83kg weight class)
I've had this goal for some time but the stars are now aligned...Finally

Started training slowly with 350/275/405 as training max and I will use real max for my next cycle in 5 weeks. I also plan to run the big smolov once I can use all my recovery tools.

wow missed it completely thanks.

another question. you ran smolov prior you powerlifting competition. you posted 6 tips to help people avoid injuries and one tip suggested dont run smolov unless you have plateau'd. why you running smolov again even though you may have only ran smolov jr before.
