So. I feel like I would like to know how to eat better. I eat a lot of junk food and many other foods just don't interest me. I would like to drop some fat weight... I am about 20 pounds overweight and would like an effective method. Where do I start? Also, do you have a set breakfast, lunch and dinner set for a week, a month or how? I was not raised by healthy parents so I have no idea how some people do it. Figured I'd ask at least.

I dislike hard butter, so i usually avoid it unless i bake. coworker told me there's something called a french butter keeper or something of that sort. basically keeps the butter in cold water and air tight so it's good on the counter nice and soft and doesn't have to stay in the fridge.

1) is that legit?
2) does it work for unsalted butter? i've been adding the potassium salt so i try to get unsalted stuff if i can
3) or can you recommend something that stays soft in the fridge?

Oh :p do you recommend taking one pill everyday or not?

2 pills total. One morning w/ food and one evening with food.

edit:

if you get capsules instead of tablets, its 2 capsules morning and 2 capsules evening.

I require more information.

Please provide your height/weight and rough BF %.

Also please provide your medical conditions/allergies, as well as any foods you WILL NOT eat.

lastly, please provide your total daily exercise routine in terms of minutes/hours and intensity (as well as what days you train, etc)

I need to know the same information that I asked the person in the above post:

Lastly, please provide your total daily exercise routine in terms of minutes/hours and intensity (as well as what days you train, etc)

Also, please understand, if you want to be healthy - it's a lifestyle. It's not a magic pill or secret workout plan that will make you immediately lose fat and keep it off forever. The only way is to accept a full change of lifestyle - which I will gladly help you with if you are willing to commit.

1. Yes, butter keepers are legit and safe! (they do not require cold water, as most of them are just air-tight stoneware to be kept in a cool dry area of the house (ie: a cabinet)

2. It works on all butter.

3. Whipped butter will stay soft in the fridge.

Hello,

I have a fit test coming up and one of the criteria is a 500 m ERG row for best time.

I am looking to dramatically improve my ERG time. What is the best way to train to achieve such results?

1) Several sets of (15 - 20 secs) but going ALL out on each set

or

2) Should I just row the 500 m, each time just pushing myself harder.

or neither?

Let me know if you understand what I'm trying to say.

The best bet would be to alternate between the following:

1. All out maximum speed until failure (sprints), with rest between sets - day 1

2. Alternating between 2 minutes of medium speed, 2 minutes of high speed, 30 seconds of maximum sprint, repeat (HIIT style) - day 2

3. Do 500m as fast as possible - day 3

Rest on day 4, then repeat days 1-3 again.

Hey there. I've been working out 3 times a week (Casually ish) doing chest/arms/back/shoulders and yadada for about 6 months. I seem to be stuck at a certain weight for my chest exercises. I will only bench 205 (3 times TOP) And I mean, thats when I'm really motivated. Some days, I wont even be able to start it.
Same when Inclined bench press. I used to be able to do 60 lbs with dumbells but now I'm stuck on the 50s however, I will do ALOT of reps with the 50s(15+ when it should be my last set) like its nothing but I wont be able to get the 60s up in the air. I dont know if you can help and point out what I'm doing wrong there

Thanks! Sent you some fg anyways!

I don't know if thats any useful but I weigh 145 pounds
