Any exercises/treatments for ulnar nerve entrapment? Been feeling slight numbness in pinky and ring finger and a numb pain in my funny bone area, apparently would be that.

black coffee is the best PWO in my opinion.

Use ketosticks when you think you may have thrown yourself out of keto.

You should try to get 20g of fiber per day, minimum.

I've never heard of psyllium husk jello, however if you come up with a recipe that works...I'd be VERY happy to try it out.

as always, thanks for the advice.

as far as the acetyl L-carnitine and the L-DOPA that you suggest on that supp list, whats the reasoning behind that? and whats the recommended dosage in terms of grams/times? i've been trying to do some reading on the dopa, and i've been able to make a few conclusions about its usefulness, but its tough to find studies done for athletes/normal people etc (basically anything but parkinsons and occasionally depression which is part of dealing with parkinsons anyway).

have you suggested the chromium picolinate in that supp list to aid in maintaining blood sugar levels while in keto?

i also have a supp that i got from truenutrition thats zma+gaba, is this fine instead of taking the zma and gaba separately?

i think i'll experiment with the psyllium husk jello idea next weekend on carb day because i dont think you can make it taste halfway decent without some flavoring, but i'll let you know how it goes. i like the taste of unflavored whey with water too though, so take my advice on taste with a grain of salt (maybe sugar in this case)

At bold
My goal is to lose 1lb/wk and I've been filling my "extra cals" with sugary foods (usually at night and a mix of sugar/fat.. along the lines of icecream)
yet I have been able to stay consistent with my fat loss goals, therefor I dont see the negative aspect...

The key is....you would see better fat loss WITHOUT the sugar.

I'm not saying you will be unable to lose fat....but the idea is that it will be slower. If you are striving for efficiency....lose the sugar.

Were you diagnosed with this by a doctor? Or is this a self diagnosis?

Assuming it's legitimate, you will need to do the following:

Wrist curls
Fingertip touches (fingertips to wrist, or as close to it)
Arm twists (rotate lower arm back and forth to maximum range)
Finger spreading (open your hands out as much as possible, fingers separated)

Also alternate ice/heat to the area at a rate of 20 mins ice, 20 mins off, 10 minutes heat, 10 minutes off. Repeat this process 4x per day.

Not necessary unless you are completely devoid of b6 in your diet.

L-carnitine has been shown to aid fat loss in individuals on CKD.

L-DOPA is purely optional, and should be used AS NEEDED before bed if you have a hard time staying asleep during keto.

Yes, chromium has that positive effect regarding blood sugar in keto.

Yes that sup with ZMA + GABA should be fine

For the flavor, you can use stevia instead of sugar to avoid the carbs.

I bought multivitamins because Furious Pete strongly recommends those (lol), and was wondering if I should pop a pill everyday or not.

Also I may start taking creatine this summer. I don't know anything about it, some people recommend only monohydrate, other people say it's the worst. If you have an article about it I'm open minded to read
