Stop spamming the thread. I have explained everything to you already, and now you are merely acting to antagonize. If you choose not to take my points, do so, but somewhere else. This is NOT a thread for debate, but rather for advice/routines/plans. If you do not need help with any of those, move along.

Thanks for your cooperation in keeping this sticky free of spam.

Except I'm trying to better your advice by proving to you there are enter ways of achieving the goals.

ty for everything

my creatine expired 2 years ago... is expired creatine bad?

Depends on the brand. If kept in a cool dry environment, free of light, it should be fine. Creapure creatine is good for much longer than expiry.

I mean how much 1rm% I need for that first set of 12 reps

The first set should be relatively easy as a warmup set. Somewhere in the area of 50% of 1RM

No, instead you are throwing comments out without basis and attempting to discredit me by using ambiguous terms such as "Top Coaches in the Industry"

Your posts are not welcomed here, as it has already been mentioned that this sticky is NOT for debates.

That product is very good, and so is this:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/digest-platinum.html

Both will be fine without your mentioned enzymes.

For protein powder, I would advise the following:

1. Stay away from artificial sweeteners and flavors. These have been shown to have no beneficial properties and a slew of potential side effects.
2. Stick to higher grade protein, such as Optimum, Beverly, NOW, Etc.
3. Look for protein that has as much whey isolate as possible.

Advice:

For a simple protein, try: Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural - very complete, very good tasting, very mixable, and also very high grade without any added artificial ingredients.

Unfortunately I am un-able to take those protein powders I can't have any dairy/egg/lactose due to allergies. I was just asking cause im having trouble finding a good powder that I can use, but I also know very little about them.

I have been using this http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sequelnaturals/vega-sport-performance-protein.html but it seems to make me very gassy(to the point where my boss has complained haha) and it doesnt seem to have much of a variety of animo acids(not sure if that is an issue or not)

Hm...in your circumstances, Beef Protein would be an excellent choice.
