We all know le juice isn't GOOD for you, but I plan on trying a cycle atleast once if I ever get lean enough. I don't want to ever run one at 220+ lbs and end up 240+
Being tired from just walking up steps or a light jog is no fun. Maybe it was just because I was too fat... but who knows lol.
I'm always just interested in the amount of gainz you can make. Would like to see how it would compare for me personally etc.
Maybe your cardio fucking sucks ass. I did a triathlon at over 280 lbs.
Walked around at over 295 for years and never had issues with stairs and light jogs. Hell I even sprinted against friends from time to time.
