rayndaddy is there anything I can do to prepare my body for drinking? i dehydrate really easily.

Super hydrate yourself.

IE: approximately 1.5 gals of water prior to drinking over the course of the whole day, as well as plenty of fruits/veggies.

hi, im around 15-20% bodyfat (trying to bulk atm) but when i relax my stomach muscles i seem to have a much rounder stomach than i think i should have at 15-25% bodyfat, will this go away when i cut? or could it be from bloating from food? or maybe even weak stomach muscles?

what are your thoughts on clubbell training instead of barbell training for non-athletes? for whatever reason, my bro is all gung-ho about it. he goes on about how the circular motion is superior to linear movement but he cant explain anything beyond that.

There are many reasons for this.

1. Underestimated body fat %
2. Weak stomach muscles
3. Natural body type with increased fat in the stomach area (high fat % in the stomach, low fat % everywhere else)
4. Bloating from water retention

Without seeing a picture I would be unable to make a proper determination

I am completely unsure of the company itself and have no idea of the quality. However the ingredients are:

Ingredients -
PhD Nutrition protein-synthesis optimising blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Taurine, L-Glutamine, Leucine, iso-Leucine, Valine), Flavouring, Dietary fibre:-Xanthan gum, Carboxymethtyl cellulose, sweetener: Sucralose, Acesulfame K.

Sucralose and Acesulfame K are no good. I would avoid products with artificial sweeteners in them like these.

lol...clubbells are just a gimmick really.

There is nothing "better" about them than dumbbells. However, a different range of motion is achieved with clubbells - so technically they can be used in certain ways that dummbells cannot.

HOWEVER, dumbbells can be used in much better ways for building muscle overall than clubbells.
