Isn't higher rep, lower rest a typical hypertrophy routine, to cause more microtears in muscle, and build it up bigger?

I thought during a cut you want to work on strength ( higher weight, but reps and speed aren't of much concern - can take 2-3 min breaks and do ~6 reps)

I was more asking about what the difference between the two programs on a cut would be.

On a cut, working on strength is futile. Your body is typically very low on glycogen stores and will NOT be able to lift nearly as heavy as during a bulking cycle. Furthermore, it actually takes MORE of your muscles to lift something heavy for less reps, than it does something lighter for more reps. The point of lifting to failure during cutting is to keep the heartrate high and thus keep the fat burning process high as well.

It is much better to train with higher volume on a cut and at a cardio pace, instead of a slow anabolic routine where less reps, higher weight, and more breaks between sets are used.

Both of your posted plans are OK - but not optimal. Too much rest between sets in my opinion. I would recommend no more than 1 minute between sets, and if possible, even less.

Anything is possible, as certain people are just much more sensitive to certain things. See how you respond to cancelling it out and go from there.

If it doesn't help, we'll start looking into everything individually.

I've been without it for almost a week now as my skin has cleared up lol
That's so weird .

- could a vitamin D deficiency cause poor recovery and joint /. Muscle pain (. That I've always had lol)
I been reading a lot about vitamin D. An it amazes me that i have all of the symptoms ...

I also read That vitamin D deficiency could cause low testosterone ?

I'm always Effin tired and sore as fuark and I do everything right IDK what the deal is
I have never supplemented vit D besides the 400-600 IU in a multi vitamin.
I don't see much sun either

I got blood tested today for vit d

I'm anxiously awaiting my results .

If low vit D lvls is the case , how long does it take to recover /. Get back to normal , I have read up to months - a year .

After all this reading , Now I know why vit d is at the top of ur supplement list

1. Yes it can. That is why I recommend 5,000iu of vitamin d every day.

2. You should perk back up within a week with 5,000 iu per day.

This is very subjective.

Blacking out can mean a lot of things to a lot of people.

Explain your definition of blacking out.

Here are some things that will help you:

Bulking Diet, workout, and supplement guide

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=340743092
Simple Chicken Recipes

Basic Foods to Purchase

Bulking foods with no preparation or heating

Now secondly, on workout days you will need around 3,000-3,500 calories. On nonworkout days, you will need around 2,500-3,000 calories.

If you do not like eggs, you can replace them with:

cottage cheese, protein shake, chicken, steak, tuna, turkey, etc.

Yes, it will always cause water weight gain.

I recommend you follow these dosing instructions of creapure:

Creatine Dosing

basically 20g a day for a week, followed by 5g a day until deload.
