I knew this would get misconstrued even as I was typing it out. It wasn't even being defensive as there was nothing inherently to defend; however Kramer has really made zero progress and I've never cared for his "trolling" anecdotes anyway.

Actually..I probably have more lean mass than you do sir.

and considering i only have a home gym to work with and poverty status budget. I have made better progress than you have.


also, I would like to see some pics of your last cut, i would like to see if you have grown some abdominal muscles yet.
