Looking to start a 3-4day split for a beginner.
Have never really worked out, have only biked for cardio...

Height : 5'10"
Weight : 155lbs ( have been this weight for about 10years now )


Would be looking to just get healthy, and gain a bit. Ideal weight would be more like 160-170ish, with a lot less BF.
Note that the only gym I have access to is the one at my college till I have the funds to get a membership in town.

Preferred work out days would be mon, wed, fri. I will also be playing b-ball thursdays for an hour with some friends that go hard.

Was recommended here by a local friend.

After doing that for 8-12 weeks, you can move onto something more advanced.

when's the best time to get a tattoo? i'm not sure if it changes when you change weight often.

Regardless of when you get it, your skin will eventually stretch, either from age, growth, or gravity.

However, it would probably be optimal to get it at a location that doesn't fluctuate in size as much.

As far as best times, that's subjective. It depends on your lifestyle and how much your body changes throughout the year.

Hey man. I just stopped by to ask a few questions.
Hopefully I could get some answers :}

1. Would you recommend any certain multi vitamin for general health use?

2. Ever since I started following my new diet I've been pooping A LOT more and my poop is quite a bit bigger. And I've also become more gassy. Is this normal?

3. Brown or white pasta?

4. I started bulking up not too long ago and I was just wondering Is it okay to run on the days that I do my ab exercises? [mon, wed, fri?] Or should I run on my days that I don't work out? [Saturday, sunday]

5. What kind of changes should I be looking for since I've started bulking up?

I apologize if that last question didn't make sense, I didn't really know how to word it correctly.

4. You can run on abs days, that's fine.

5. After 4-6 weeks of training you will start noticing your body transforming.

I recommend 2% - but it's whatever can fit into your macros.

I would do a bulk for at least 6-8 months before cutting.
