Lift would not count in a competition because of the hitching.

You lifted it quickly but you need to work on your lockout, A LOT.

First week with proper training for ~9weeks after I injured my wrist.
Technique is bit sloppy atm (especially on the only set I decided to film...), but it's real easy still. Going to have around 3 weeks of technique not going over 80%.

I can't snatch yet, or I can powersnatch but when I catch it low my wrist hurts like hell for some reason...

I hate this program my ''trainer'' set me up on, but it will be good for me cause my technique is pretty damn bad atm.

Benched 215x7, felt really good. Up 2 reps from last week. Wasn't even planning on benching today but went with a friend and he was benching so...

Gonna get that 275x1 by January tho
