I don't mean to be abrupt, but I seriously do not have time to answer things like this...where you obviously have not taken any time to read.
I think I have posted at least 12 times in the last week the same things over and over about how to lose fat without losing muscle.
Just read the last few pages, TRULY read them, and then ask me if you have any further questions.
Also, heres a hint. Start eating every 2 hours in the form of small meals, cut out the junk food and sugar, and do more exercise.
