For linemen you are right, never cut and always bulk. Unless you have a supreme metabo - you will eventually get fat (as most linemen are). If you are okay with this - then you can do a non-stop bulking cycle. In addition you would be training legs 2-3x per week (depending on what your body can handle) (and also focusing on big power movements like explosive squats, barbell lunges, high jumps, etc, and also paying attention to key strength features like grip (wrist curls, holding heavy weights as long as you can, holding yourself on a pullup bar as long as you can, etc.), horizontal pushing (bench press, chest press, incline bench, dumbbell bench, etc). Don't neglect things like abs, shoulders or arms....but you need to keep your main focus slanted towards what I mentioned to be a successful lineman

i have a hurting back too haha, mines in the upper right back/right shoulder

any stretching suggestions?

the gold standard is to place your hand on a doorframe or solid object (palm facing away from your body) and turn your body to the left (if its the right hand) or to the right (if its the left hand) and stretch.

There are many other stretching techniques, however, sore back usually just goes away on its own with time. Seeing a chiropractor would be helpful as well.

I don't mean to be abrupt, but I seriously do not have time to answer things like this...where you obviously have not taken any time to read.

I think I have posted at least 12 times in the last week the same things over and over about how to lose fat without losing muscle.

Just read the last few pages, TRULY read them, and then ask me if you have any further questions.

Also, heres a hint. Start eating every 2 hours in the form of small meals, cut out the junk food and sugar, and do more exercise.
