if you're interested my diet looked like this during the keto, if not just move on
m1 - 4eggs, 100g CH, 1 TBSP of MCT oil - good for kicking your body into KETO
m2 - 2TBSP Natty PB, Salad
(lowcarb veges only) with 30g Ranch
m3 - 3eggs, 1 can of Tuna, broccoli, 1 TBSP MCT oil
m4 - 3eggs, 100 CH, 1 TBSP of MCT oil
m5 - 3/4 Cup of Cottage cheese for Casein prior to bed
cooked eggs with about .75 TBSP of olive oil each time
try to find some sauce with sodium for some water retention, sodium = not bad on keto
PROBIOTICS WILL HELP WITH CONSTIPATION!!!postworkout - 1scoop of whey
Look on BB or Amazon for MCT oil 32 oz should be circa $15
I also did take Fishoil 2000-3000mgs, and a multivit
first few days sucked, no energy, glycogen stores depleted, but came back later on in keto
