How do you remove bags under the eyes permanently? not exactly under the eyes but a little bit under...kind of near at the top of your cheek/under eyes (it does a line)...sry bad explanation lol

I have had this for ages...well not big ones, but it won't go away lol

I used to eat alot of high sodium food but I don't anymore for past 5 months
I sleep about 8-10 hours per day (except maybe once or twice a week ill sleep about 6-7 hours)

Let me know.
Ps: also noticed that most people who wear glasses, if they take them out...they have bags, like 90% of them. anything to do with it?

I wear contacts but also use my glasses at home

That supplement list has NOT been updated in a while.

Sci Fit Kre Alk had a controversy about being monohydrate, but there were other sources who dispelled the initial accusations.

In addition, the reason its discontinued is that the major purveyor of creatine and kre alk, All American Pharmaceutical stopped selling kre-alk and creatine to them.

I've been switched over to NOW! kre alk for a while, and I should have updated the list. Thanks for pointing that out.

I've found that bags under the eyes is usually related to sinus problems and allergies. I would advise that you see an allergist and ENT doctor (ears/nose/throat) and check everything out.

1. Stay away from allergens (or take medication if you can't avoid them)
2. Keep the sinuses clean and clear, or get surgery if you have an absolutely terrible case.

IF both check out to be fine, come back and we'll go from there and discuss further options.

edit:

(Completely forgot to post the methods of reducing the issue lol)

1. avoid smoking
2. Use a good moisturizer like Burts Bees on the area every night before bed
3. Ice the affected area 2-3 times a day for around 15-20 minutes each time

another method I've heard of, but never used or known anyone to have actual results (so try at your own risk)

Place chilled potato slices over your eyes after you dampen your face with cold water. Leave them in place for 15-20 minutes.

Yeah, I used to have alot of allergies when I was younger and I have a dog for last 8 years. the only time I'll feel my allergies is if I get my hands licked or something, ill get red spots but otherwise im fine (my dog isn't a licker anyway lol)
Always had sinus problems for years and now I still do but not much. usually when I wake up first thing I do after going to bathroom is clean my nose cuz its always full when I wake up (4 days out of 7)...but after that im super fine for the rest of the day

I don't take any medicaments anymore for it, it was 8 years ago I did my test...it was 100x worst back then then it suddenly went away and only have allergies just around september so I don't take anything anymore.

- I don't smoke btw so im fine for that.

as far as the ice thing, I hear it removes it but not permanently, just temporarly, true?

Btw the ice thing for 15-20 minutes each time is way too long haha

My hands get bored after like 5 minutes of holding the ice

And after 5 minute its like my cheeks are too cold, it hurts. my cheeks/under eyes is all red and almost purple because of the super cold ice lmfao

[just tried]

Your major concern is the allergies. See an allergist and maybe decide to get some medication.

Alternatively, you need to make your bedroom allergen proof. That means a good air purifier (such as the Alen A350), high quality mattress cover and pillow covers, keeping all clothes/items put away, keeping the room very clean and free of dust/mold/allergens, also try to keep your dog out of your room entirely.

Don't place the ice there directly. Wrap it in a towel first. It needs to be cold, but not numbingly cold. Also yes, it's a temporary fix.

Hey raynor, I need a diet and workout for my dad.
Some basic stats:
Age - 50
Height - 5'8
Weight - 85kg

His goal is to slim up! But not loose much muscle in the process if that can be helped.
I've heard good things about a no carb diet.. Do you think that or a simple calorie deficit diet would be better?
Also, what would be a good workout while on either of these diets? A simple 5x5 or rippetoe's (I think it's his) beginners training: the cycle of the 5 big lifts

Thanks mate! I greatly appreciate the help!! ❤
