I never thought I would be defending Balla this much, but the dude has made almost a complete turn around in his personality so it's a lot easier to now.
His form was not that bad, he did not get hurt in the process and he came out seeing how he could vastly increase the weight he uses by making a few minor tweaks.
I would argue that he doesn't need to lower the weight at all.....just focus on keeping the bar closer to his body and he would have still gotten that weight up easily.
