I'm glad you called me out on not dragging up my shins and keeping my chest up
I used to do that, but I have noticed each deadlift day now my shins are never scraped up lol.. guess I just forgot to actually pull back which would greatly help my form
thanks bro's.. I could probably pull more weight the right way too.

Idk if its an ego thing or what ( like how you measure ur broceps every day )
But u need to drop the weight and fix ur form

and I'm not gonna
I still work with 455-low 500's and they go up smooth and easy and fuck
I just need to remember to pull BACK at the start of the lift and all issues are solved.

I never thought I would be defending Balla this much, but the dude has made almost a complete turn around in his personality so it's a lot easier to now.

His form was not that bad, he did not get hurt in the process and he came out seeing how he could vastly increase the weight he uses by making a few minor tweaks.

I would argue that he doesn't need to lower the weight at all.....just focus on keeping the bar closer to his body and he would have still gotten that weight up easily.

but it didn't really seem that way at all....just pulling the bar closer is not going to flatten his back out which was what seemed to need the most attention.

You physically cannot have your chest up and the bar away from your shins if you're pulling heavy.

He may still have rounding, but having it against your shins will atleast allow you to try :P
