are sweet potatoes skin healthy to eat?

what's the difference between sweet potatoes and yams?

I also think I tore something in my shoulder, is there anything you can do to help me with that?

Yes the skin is good, just make sure you THOROUGHLY wash them...and buy organic if possible to avoid pesticides.

Yams have more sugar and are sweeter than sweet potatoes. Both are good.

It depends about the shoulder - explain the problem

Hey raynor Ty for your responses, I really appreciate them

For a long long time I've been thinking about you doing this free service for the past few years and what kind of benefit u could get from this

For example listing it on your CV that you've been offering an online service etc, has over 200k views, helped thousands of people etc, ever think about that? Comes across my mind a lot about you..

Also, my question is about body types and the direct affect on weight lifting

As I've said before I consider myself extremely lucky I rolled a meso morph body type

Along with this, I have great explosive power (school and university sprinter, long jumper etc) don't know much about it but some shit about an abundance of white (or red?) blood cells whilst distance runners have the other, and slow / fast twitch things..

I feel all these factors make me extremely well suited to lifting, and lifting heavy

However I literally suck unwashed unshaven balls at long distance running, which I feel carries over to endurance lifting

I suck so bad you see it's almost depressing, even to the point I've convinced myself I have undiagnosed asthma or disease. Genuinely feel I'm at a serious disadvantage and it's that much harder for me. 1 side of the spectrum I'd be top 0.05% in sprinting, to the bottom 5% of joggers (not including fatties) srs.

A good example is when I compete in the 400m sprint, I can legit sprint the distance at 100% the entire way, but the distance taps into "look Ladsy you've ran to far k time to die"

I can push myself over that distance, only to vomit, feint and pass out right there on the track.

Am I a pussy or is thus real.

This also affects my lifting greatly I believe, I can lift heavy and explosively for a few reps np, but anything over like 6-7 (unless we are at like 30% of my 1rm) after that my muscles are all like "look Ladsy you know u can't run so why even try, gonna shut off now kbye" and literally muscles shut down, I hit complete muscle fatigue out like a virgin having sex, you're going and then wham you're done, no control over it.

Any suggestions? Comments? It kinda bugs me

My best example is (although embarrassing) I can legit perform 8 pullups from deadhang

Your "problem" is not uncommon and it can be solved or looked at in a different light - the choice is yours.

No one can have EVERYTHING. You will have to sacrifice something for something else. You may have explosive power, great meso genetics, etc. at the expense of long distance endurance. However, would you sacrifice muscle mass for long distance endurance? That might be a choice you have to make.

Here is my take:

1. Long distance endurance (cardio) comes at a price - generally higher prevalence of later-life heart conditions and shorter life expectancy. Humans are not meant for long distance running. We are made for short quick sprints only. (thus 2 legs instead of 4)

2. If you opt for long distance cardio, you are going to lose lean mass - there is no question there, and although you will be able to have better endurance reps (ie: pullups), you will also suffer with high weight power reps.

3. For general health, sprints are the best "cardio" a person can do. Long distance running conditions you to sustain a particular heart and respiratory rate for a long period of time which tends to wear the heart rather than strengthen it.

If you STILL want to go for long distance, let me know and I'll give you the plan.

i've read that with PN, PNE you can't train your abdominals.. what is your opinion on this and how should i strengthen my core?

You should only do neutral core exercises. The BEST thing you can do, as I mentioned before, is swimming. It strengthens the core without the expense of aggravating your symptoms.

best choices:

1. avoid sitting
2. stretch (particularly lunge position, high knee position, laying knee twist position, etc.)
3. Swim several times a week for increased ROM and inflammation reducing
4. focus on posture during sitting/standing
5. see a chiropractor for traction sessions
6. increase core strength

how much distance is too much? is it closer to 6 miles/day, 13.1 (half marathon) or just the extremes like a full marathon (26.2)? and when is later-life heart conditions and shorter life expectancy? are these things that will affect me when im 50 or when i'm 70?

i'm pretty surprised to hear that long distance running is bad for your heart.

Try office depot. They have coupons you can use towards chair purchases I believe. Also the stores generally have many of the chairs already set up, so you can take them for a test drive first lol
