Thats what happened, I put on 25ish pound from August-September of last year , I gained lots of strength but way too much fat in the process. Gonna get real lean like you say , probably 8-10 range. Then bulk up extremely slowly. Gonna do it right this time.

Also , Ethan I was making great progress on madcows , had squat up to 290 x 3 reps , was repping out 205 x3 on bench , and 345 x 2 dl easy. For some reason I switched my program to 5/3/1 , then decided to cut. Big mistake.

But now im down to like 170ish , so i might as well keep cuting , looks like I still have lots of fat anyway.


nice lifts get 10% with those stats again you'll be shredded ^^
