Been maintaining for the last like 2-3 months. Want to finish cutting, stuff always comes up . Hard to have a social life and do a successful cut

As a natural Id rather be 10% bf and skinny ripped than 190 lbs and a good 20 bf like I was before.


Also , Ethan I was making great progress on madcows , had squat up to 290 x 3 reps , was repping out 205 x3 on bench , and 345 x 2 dl easy. For some reason I switched my program to 5/3/1 , then decided to cut. Big mistake.

But now im down to like 170ish , so i might as well keep cuting , looks like I still have lots of fat anyway.

Keep cutting bro. Get real lean, then when you decide you want to put on muscle take it slow, don't be in a hurry to put on weight quickly just for size sake.
