I would like a breakdown of something like this for me as well.

What kind of information would you need before you can make an accurate conclusion?

I.e for the BMR, where should I test it. Can you link one to me?

Just use a standard BMR calculator (not counting exercise calories) just resting BMR (google this)

Once you get your baseline BMR, you can add exercise calories on top of that....ie: 500 cals per hour of cardio.

To make it much more efficient, you need to go on a hardcore lean bulk for somewhere in the area of 6 months. After that, go on a nice keto cut for 3 months and get your BF levels down to 8% or so. From there, you can repeat the bulk/cut process each year at the rate of 8 months bulk, 3 months cut, 1 month maintain.

I am still not a proponent of IF. Your total gains in 1 year of IF will be much less than a bulk/cut alternation.

that sounds good, but do my meals look like they can be on the right track?

They might be a bit high (calorie wise). I would try it out and see if you see the gains you are looking for. If you seem to be gaining fat, or not enough mass, adjust calories accordingly.

Not counting macros is a bad idea.

If your deficit is too high, you will lose fat faster, but strength will diminish rapidly as well.

yeah thats what happened when i lost alot of weight, but now that im eating more its going back up extremely quick.

im thinking about incorporating conditioning workouts now as well like tabata training and complexes twice a week with a chest/back, legs, and shoulders/arms split

i just find macros a pain in the ass to count
