AND

2. NOW! Probiotic-10 50 Billion

in addition, visit your local vitaminshoppe or GNC and see if they have refrigerated probiotics with at least 10 billion live cultures (from a reputable brand)

HeyRaynor,

Any way to slow or 'reverse' the affects of male pattern baldness.

My dad's bald and my hairline is already receding, I'm trying to keep as much hair as possible for as long as possible

I heard saw palmetto has some effect at reducing the recession, but is there anything better

when is the best time to exercise?
morning, evening? before/after meals? how long?
how long after you start a routine, should you expect to see some results?

Meso's would be lightly muscular and lean without working out or dieting properly. They are not "BIG" without working out and eating correctly.

Yes, most people are a combination....or at least degrees thereof.

Example....

Mesomorph on a scale of 1-10
Ectomorph on a scale of 1-10
Endomorph on a scale of 1-10

You could be a level 7 mesomorph and a level 2 ectomorph  - sounds like a video game RPG, but it's the best way to describe it.

Forgot to add, from what I have read most people are only able to gain ~2 lbs of muscle per month. Does this also apply to mesos? If not how high are they able to reach?

Probiotics help the feed the naturally occuring healthy bacteria in your gut. This will help with digestion, and i'm guessing reduce the risk of intestinal diseases. My personal opinion, if you don't have any problems, this would be very stupid and a waste of money. If you want something, buy Metamucil. Fiber is way better for you and for your gut. Plus, who doesn't enjoy a good shit? There's a lot scientists don't know about the intestinal bacteria so I wouldn't even bother with probiotics.

The best time? Unknown. No one can prove that, so just get into a rhythm. I prefer after work, so I can get an awesome nights sleep. Do NOT work out after meals. I would wait 2 hours after a meal. It might not affect you, but it is bad for your stomach. I noticed results after a week of working out (1-2 hours a day of lifting).

When you say "5 brutal sets", I'm somewhat confused. I remember you recommending a 5x5 starting with 60% max weight, then 70%, so the first 2 are rather easy.

That is correct, however if you are finding it too easy, you can start much higher and go for 75-80% or so.

Quite a bit actually.

Probiotics do everything from enhancement of immune system, assist the digestive system, promote intestinal health, reduce the risk of many types of cancer and disease, etc.

I would recommend taking pro-biotic supplements, or at the very least eating a decent quantity of greek yogurt each day.

I would advise the following:

Nizoral shampoo 2x per week (follow instructions on the bottle)
Energizer shampoo 5x per week (on the other days - also follow directions on the bottle)

Avoid excess sun and wearing hats.

Also, take a good multi such as NOW! adam, as well as supplemental NOW! Gamma E Complex. You can further improve your chances with 1-1.5 gals of water per day, and a stress-free lifestyle.

8+ hours of sleep a night will also help.

The two shampoos are CRITICAL though. You must use them forever, but if you do, your chance of hair loss is GREATLY minimized.
