Great to hear it! Don't thou plan on visiting other cities as well in this visit?

Had to cancel the backpacking trip to Europe for school related stuff, but I've been all around Palestine, and visited Tel Aviv last week, and will probably go back in a week.

I didn't start training again to max out, so no "max numbers". But I was about 40% of what I used to be. And I stopped again cause I'm bored out of my mind in the gym. I'd rather play sports. I play badminton twice a week. Good enough for me.

not that i think it holds much weight given how new i still am to lifting, BUT, on a hypertrophy routine i have already broken previous pr's and am stronger than before i took 3+ months off. the magic of actually eating enough i guess? I'm not sure how much that would reflect for someone that had a couple years of training rather than a half year as i did.
