How were your numbers this last time if you don't mind my asking? Just curious. Some people here preach you don't lose strength after several months out, but I know that to be false, and I wonder how fast a guy at elite level will lose strength.
not that i think it holds much weight given how new i still am to lifting, BUT, on a hypertrophy routine i have already broken previous pr's and am stronger than before i took 3+ months off. the magic of actually eating enough i guess? I'm not sure how much that would reflect for someone that had a couple years of training rather than a half year as i did.
