Yeah. Well my mom is stressed about my shoes get worn out like crazy i need to find a need shoe that will last me more than 2 months. Especially at like 100$+ for my shoes at size 15, 4e.

currently i am taking whey, a multi and fish oil.

is everything cool or should i add bcaa's

im not really sure what they do though, and what is your personal experience with em.

bcaa's before/during/after any physical activity or between meals. it is used to prevent muscle atrophe and support anabolism

not the powder? i just have ON bcaa powder, and my next order i was gonna get some xtend too what you think?

the powder tastes like shit, caps are easier.

avoid xtend.

well i know the powder tastes bad, i just usually flavor it up with some crystal lite flavor packs or gatorade packs..
also why avoid xtend? ive heard good things about it
