
Only been working out a couple months, so the progress is minimal, but I am starting to see a bit of bulk in the bicep/tricep region, and the legs are coming together pretty well.
135 max on non fixed bench, 160 on fixed, I leg press about 200, using 30lb dumbells at the moment.
Also, before anyone comments on the shitty hair, yes i've gotten a haircut in the past couple days. I know I looked like a faggot with long hair, I was just too lazy to drop 20$ on a haircut when I hardly go outside anyways.
