ok ty

but it is big package for a lot money.

I need just try some little amount for less. But it is not produced this Pro Complex. Just those other 2 are produced in smaller amount.
May I replace Pro complex for those 2 as a similar effect ? ( I need replace it, because Casein and Whey are in smaller amounts so I save some money - I need try it fisrt )

ty

/// I dont know how is it on market. If casein and whey are smallest for 2 lb., then it will be same.. so I dont know

You can buy smaller quantities if you'd like, such as Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard natural - alternatively, look at NOW! Whey Protein - very cheap!

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking?

If you're asking me if I have the ability to label someone's metabolic type....legally, no - and technically no.

I have the knowledge and skill to do so, but I generally would want to see blood tests, a urinalysis, complete medical examination, stress-test, allergy test, and so forth - before I made any conjecture.

I do, however, have the ability to make a fairly accurate points based on what foods a person should eat or not eat, as well as general dietary plans to follow, exercise routines, etc. that lend themselves directly to a person's specific metabolism based on facts provided to me by the person in question.

that natural pro complex
Code
http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/natural-pro-complex-p-268.html

is pretty unknown for me, because I dont understand what exactly mean
- blended protein
- augmented protein
- protein microfractions

also they dont state what kind of protein is it. I guess best is whey protein. true ?
also I'm curious how they get from same amount a 60 grams instead of normal 24 grams ?
Isnt it some dangerous method of creation ? If they are able to make 60 g, why it isnt also in other products, but just in one ? o_O

I'd like to recommend that you read the label fully.

it does say what kind of protein is contained in it. It also says that it's 60g in TWO (2) scoops, not 1. One scoop would be 30g.

ok ty

I have forgot to ask
If I would eat it before I will go sleep;; will be able to fall asleep ? I mean, wont be a situation like drink a cofee or redbul, then decided to sleep ? ( impossible )

I'm shocked, because it has Potassium 700 mg per serving, which is 20% of recommended daily value ?
I think 700 mg very much, and if it is only 20% of all we should eat, I dont think it is correct value. Is a chance that something went wrong with that description ?

Hello!

Names chuck. I have a weight issue at the moment and I am looking to lose the weight. About one year and a half ago i was about 260lbs. I started a new job which was very physically demanding and dropped down to 225lbs. Eight months ago i was laid off from that job due to lack of work. I then decided to get my class a cdl license and become an over the road truck driver. Currently i am still truck driving and have gained that weight back. I am limited to exercise... walking is the only thing i can really do easily. I just started trying to diet about 3 days ago with a six meal a day diet and some walking. Im wondering if you may have any suggestions for me on food or exercise that could help me get back down to my goal weight of 225lbs.

Example of one day of meals...
Breakfast- oatmeal and banana
Snack- 250calorie protein bar and a handfull of raw almonds
Lunch- grilled chicken sandwhich on whole wheat bun
Snack- raw vegetables.. mushrooms, celery, carrots
Dinner- something healthy and loe on calories and carbs wherever i stop for the day

I take about a 30 minute walk a day (which you will probably telle to increase a lot)

Age- 28
Height- 6'4''
Current weight- 270lbs

Any suggestions or tips?

Protein shakes have NOTHING to do with stimulants like coffee or redbull....

700mg of potassium is very good. People rarely get enough potassium each day.

FORGET everything about "daily value" as those figures are complete BS. The FDA has no idea how much human beings actually need to be healthy.

as far as a diet goes, try this one out:

Meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal + 3 whole eggs + 3 egg whites + chopped green pepper/onion (optional) + 1/2 banana
Meal 2 - 25g protein bar + handful of almonds (what you had here is fine)
Meal 3 - 6 oz chicken breast + 1 cup black beans + 1 cup raw veggies + 1tbsp olive oil
Meal 4 - 1 cup raw veggies + 2 oz cheddar cheese
Meal 5 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 10 almonds + cinnamon to taste

Optional replacement for meal 5:

4 oz of beef, 6 oz of chicken, or 6 oz of fish
1 cup veggies (no starches like potatoes/corn/carrots/etc)
1 tbsp olive oil
