do you lift with weights at all? or is it all from training/sparring etc

i got like 2x 35's in my room (dumbells) that ill lift like 3 times a week, do like 25 reps curls, and 20x ohp , and i dont know the name of the excersize but its like when you lean forward and spread your legs and then like jerk the weights from hanging position and lift them behind your head... i dunno how to explain it better lol

but the 35's are light and just use them so i dont lose strength .

i was aesthetic once..... lol
but usually when summer comes around i get thinner , from the heat not eating as much and more activity. also have motivation for when i go to the beach.
especially now that its ramadan, im fasting so ima be cut up like a mofo by the end of this month.
