Terrible rounding upper and lower throughout the lift
Chest was never out to begin with
Rediculous lockout
No control over the weight
Need to take like 100lbs off the bar
Even powerlifters going for Max attempts in meets don't have form nearly this bad

This is just my opinion, not that my opinion even matters , or you even care cause clearly you think theres nothing wrong with ur form

If that's the case just keep doing what your doing . Perhaps Add 10 lbs next week?

I guess you must have perfect form while doing a 1RM nowadays lol
crazy stuff
my form is solid in all of my rep work
of course it's going to be sloppy when doing some heavy weight for as much as you can possibly perform

now on my way to 600 though.. hoping to hit it within a few months

1rm shouldn't have form like that IMO; like aube said, it only takes 1 time to fuck yourself up for quite a while. i'd lower the weight and find a new max with better form
imo, a lighter 1rm with excellent form > heavier 1rm with shitty form. just my .02

at end what happened was I was descending with it, then just felt like dropping it so it looked sloppy/retarded like that lol


that form, was hella bad.

like the fact that i spent 2-3 minutes tryign to find the video that everyone was talking about pisses me off because ill never get them back.
