Rofl i got syntha-6 i was just thinking that was the name because i read it and just thought that wass the name =/. And ill get that all do you recommend a site? via pm
And do you recommend a fat burner or no?
Or like those workout videos like
P90x and insanity

bodybuilding.com for the best prices

p90x is crap...nothing more than exercise and diet for those who can't follow a normal routine. It's better than nothing but doing your own routine is better.

my brother is trying to gain 20-30 pounds but he's a beginner, doesn't know which supplements to use, which foods to eat, etc. could you give him some advice on what to use? :( (through pm) thanks.

this is a very common question...please refer back to the last few pages for help with this....however, let me point you in the right directions:

eat whole foods....a lot of lean protein, complex carbs, and good fats....and eat every 3 hours

buy cytosport cytogainer (weight gainer shakes) and drink 2 a day....1 morning and 1 after a workout.

I live very simply....most of the money I get...goes to food and supps. I don't live beyond my means, so I spend carefully to train properly.

lunchmeat is fine, but opt for low-sodium lunchmeat....I would NOT make a habit of it....as even low sodium lunchmeat is too high in sodium. If you are cash strapped, try buying eggs....they are the cheapest form of protein on the planet.
