Didn't log a few workouts then had to take some timeoff becuase quite sick.
Not feeling 100% yet but felt good enough to hit the gym.
Not feeling good about this upcoming meet as my training has been disrupted by visitors and being sick. I already paid though so doing it. I hope I can still total more than the previous meet.
