That might have been the reason why I blistered. I did some EMOM muscle ups and DU's before the class started...then we did 21-15-9 OHS and pull-ups. My hands definitely felt raw going into it
My shoulders are completely ruined right now from those over head squats yesterday, it feels like someone beat me up haha. Off to the 10am class wewt
