Wait till you do 30 muscle ups for time and your whole palm looks like that... Can't masterbait for a week

That might have been the reason why I blistered. I did some EMOM muscle ups and DU's before the class started...then we did 21-15-9 OHS and pull-ups. My hands definitely felt raw going into it

My shoulders are completely ruined right now from those over head squats yesterday, it feels like someone beat me up haha. Off to the 10am class wewt

800m run
12 Clean and Jerks @ 135lbs

9 Clean and Jerks @ 135lbs
200m run

Finished in 13:30. Just a little bit over my team with 115lbs on sunday. Felt good though.

Ascending front squat/bench ladder.
135 Front squat and 175 bench.
1 Rep Front squat and Bench
2 and 2
3 and 3
..
....
10 and 10. For time.
55 reps each in total.
Got 18:10. Didn't use enough weight on the front squat but i was sore so didn't wanna use too much.

DOUBLE HEADER! Cute girl i know came at 4 and didn't have anyone to workout with so i stayed and did the 10am workout with her.
