Update:
Hitting the scale around the 180lb mark

... Looks like I'll be doing a mini cut in the near future.
Not that I care how I look, but I jst want to be in better position for next years prep. I think if I sporadically take off the weight I'll preserve much more muscle than just lose 45lbs at once. (Like last time)
Only problem is, the more "mini cuts" I do the less time spent building mass & getting stronger.
Good newsI've been taking it extremely easy on my lower back. Didnt squat for 2wks & havnt deadlifted (heavy) In forever.
Was feeling quite ballsy & decided to squat today.

Having more trouble carrying the weight on my back rather than exhausting my quads

Was happy with that because I was yet to hurt myself.
