I have a question about nutrition & bodybuilding.
I've been running tracks and eating just about every 3 hours, only healthy things, with a well balanced program that i actually paid someone with a reputation to build for me. Been doing that for the past.. how long has it been.. 2-3 years? I've lost nearly 35 kg, dunno how much that is in lbs, but still made a fine achievement. The program he built for me was acutally a 5 stage program. Just recently have I finished this program and achieved the goal of losing my fat, but there's these 2-3 layers of fat that never got burned out, and I mean ever. I've been struggling with them for the past half to a full year. I just dunno what to do. Tried more workouts / less eating, and as much as I got around to it, it never worked. My weight would just go down 1 kg then up 2 kg the next week, then down 2.5 kg the week later. It simply rotates and rotates and I never get to that "6 pack". Never. It's just so frustrating. If anyone wants to help me out cause I'm on the edge of losing my mind, I'd appreciate it alot.
I imagine if you would, you would want details about what I've been working out with, and what I've been eating as well as my personal body stature details, etc.. I would happily give you those details via pm if you're willing to truly help me out.
